Pit Rules

General Gambling Policy

• Gambling is prohibited.
• Bills should not be placed on tables or bar tops.
• Use handicaps where appropriate.

Darts

1. Minimum age is 13.
2. No play when children under 13 are present in Pit.
3. Soft tosses only.
4. Guest may not use family darts, except with permission.

Billiards

1. Each person must ask for and receive permission before using the Diamond table. The bumper pool table does not require permission.
2. Billiards is a game for ladies and gentlemen. Maintain politesse.
3. Guests may only use house cues. Guests may not use cues of family members, except with explicit permission.
4. You must use the breaking cue when breaking. 
5. Wash your hands before playing. 
6. Do not tap the ball with a cue.
7. Do not tap a ball into the table or tap a ball onto the table using another ball. It chips the slate and damages the felt.
8. No drinks on the table. 
9. Use very light talc, so that it does not fall onto the table. 
10. When a person is waiting to play, please play 9-ball to keep the fun moving.
11. Winner has the option of continuing to the next game. When a group is present, a winner should step down after 3 games.
12. No masse or jump shots. 
13. Call your own fouls so as not to embarrass the other player into calling them for you.
14. No sharking:
    1. Do not touch the table when another person is shooting.
    2. Stay out of his line of sight.
    3. It is better to sit down in one of the provided tall chairs.
    4. No speaking or sudden movements.
    5. Be respectful of your opponent.
15. All fouls result in ball in hand regardless of the game played.
16. No scarecrowing or swinging the sticks around. Keep the rubber butt pad on the ground when standing.
17. Do not sit on the table. Always keep at least one foot on the ground

H2H Combat Practice Facility

• Only persons authorized by the facility commander may enter.
• Bring your own gloves, wraps, and shins.
