You must text the owner before entry into the back section of the property. The back section of the property may be patrolled by dogs or security personnel. This will allow for the dogs to be put inside.
Do not block the driving routes from the street into the porte cochere (tunnel), motor court, or garages with any work-related objects, such as vehicles, tools, hoses, machines, etc. Residents or personnel may run them over by mistake.
If you have a fluid leak, please do not enter the property with your vehicle. Park it in the street and put a piece of cardboard or other shield under the leak to protect the beautiful new HOA road surface. If you do NOT have a leak, you MAY park on the property, but you must put cardboard or other barrier underneath your engine ANYWAY. Contractors will be charged for removal of any stains on surfaces.
If you drop mud, materials, or fluids on any surfaces, please clean up as best as you can. Kindly report any stains, leaks, or spills to the owner immediately, using the contact phone number and email address on record.
Neighbors are not authorized to give any orders or objectives.
If you go through any yard gate, please confirm that it closed securely behind you. Otherwise we are going to be chasing dogs everywhere.
